Parking Garage Updates
Thank you for your continued support and patience as we undergo major construction on our City Garages.
🚫 Corporate Ramp Update – PERMIT PARKING ONLY

Beginning October 3rd, 2025 the Corporate Parking Garage will reopen its lower decks.

Upper levels 3 and 4 will remain closed for final repairs.

Small repairs will continue. Do not park in marked or coned areas.
🚗 Where to Park

Please use Central Garage (415 1st Ave N, Grand Forks, ND 58201).

Avoid parking in marked or reserved spaces.

Overflow parking available at the Riverboat lot (120 Riverboat Road, Grand Forks ND 58203)
🚧 Central Garage - OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Park away from marked construction zones to avoid debris, splashback, or damage.

The Garage is not liable for damage to vehicles left in affected areas.
